Highly customized and tailored on the individual’s needs, this is a journey using different tools
available from shamanic healing, yoga and meditation.
 

While deep within  each of us there is basic, innate goodness, however our true nature can be overshadowed by afflicted emotions, for example causing us to be in a state of confusion, fear, anger and suffering.

We are all unique beings, bringing within us unique gifts and talents that we are born with and we are meant to express and share with  the world,  contributing to create more beauty, peace, love, compassion, healing.

All of us are in search of happiness and to find a way to discover and connect  to our true nature, deepest desires , true purpose in our life, we all want - consciously or unconsciously - to find out about how to express these talents, serving ourselves, others, nature and the rest of the world.

On our quest  towards healing and finding out about our true inner spiritual nature and soul journey, we often find obstacles, we get lost, overwhelmed, we may lose hope and faith.

An important part of our healing journey is to find the grace and the determination to go through our personal life storms and to be wiling to find the lessons and the wisdom that are part of our past experiences, challenges, traumas, therefore allowing ourselves to leave behind the passive and disempowering role of victim and reframing negative beliefs, attitudes and habits into positive new ones, focusing on new opportunities. Learning from our challenges and life experiences teaches us to take an active and empowered role in the narrative of our lives.

As part of a web of life, when we heal and take care of ourselves we also bring healing to our community and to the world, becoming centered in positive inner qualities and peace and connected to our innate good nature, love and compassion.

A healing process takes time, it’s a refining process to which we need to sincerely engage and commit. We will need to engage and be  honest  with ourselves, while also being kind and compassionate at the same time, which is not always easy and most of the times challenging.

In order to allow positive transformation and spiritual growth you will need to engage in the process through everyday practices and self care. Cultivating a positive attitude will bring about the best results throughout the healing process and it is both healthy and empowering for the Individual, as it is not just about passively receiving  some form of healing but it’s about to also actively participating and integrating the new insights and wisdom into daily life. It is important to engage in this work sincerely and thoroughly.

To help the Individual’s journey, sessions will be followed up with reminders, handouts and  specific homework, suggestions and exercises that may include: meditation practice, journaling, introspection, creative work and processes, specifically designed for each person to support the themes addressed during the sessions. 

You will be invited to actively and joyfully participate in the healing process.
